Liliana Azelia is a Sacramento native-born Mexican-American artist. While practicing all forms of photography, the medium she works in is digital photography with an emphasis on Portraiture. With over eight years of experience in photography, her artwork vibrantly represents her cultura, community, and indigenous heritage. Being inspired by artists before her, she commonly features the landscapes of her environment, aiming to not only acknowledge the land around her but also paying tribute to her hometown that raised her.

As a proud sister and daughter, I’ve learned that the happiest moments often happen in the quiet, unplanned spaces of our everyday lives. The time's when you can be fully yourself, accepted, and loved - no matter if you're happy or sad.
